Shipping & Delivery
Minimum Order Total to qualify for free shipping is $1275.00
Free Shipping and Installation NOT offered for orders shipped to ND, SD, WY or MT. You must contact your Purchasing Supervisor for Shipping approval and special arrangements for delivery to ND, SD, WY or MT. Shipping charges will be incurred when the submited order total is less than the $1275.00 minimum. We make every effort possible to minimize shipping costs. Our shipping and processing rates cover the expenses we incur. Standard rates are based on the merchandise total weight for each delivery address. Most items are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Sanford, NC. The majority of the furniture items are oversized and typically take longer to deliver.
What to expect...
- Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed.
- We will confirm an approximate delivery time prior to the delivery. Every effort will be made to arrive within this time period.
- Set-up of merchandise is included unless otherwise specified.
- Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried up stairs. Furniture will only be brought up stairs if it is indicated on the Purchase Order acknowledgement or Invoice.
- Delivery personnel are prohibited from re-locating your existing furniture or household items.
- If you are not home during the specified delivery time a second delivery charge may apply.
- This End Up and its delivery subcontractors assume no liability for inadequate delivery access.
- Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered within thirty days after the original scheduled delivery time.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

International Orders
At present, we do not ship orders or mail catalogs to addresses in Canada or other countries.
